Shipping Policy

Here at BY.JYS, we are committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible. All order is final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping ($7) and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping ($14). Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above S$100.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high volumes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide International shipping is available with options from FedEx. Write in to us for a freight quote.

 

All taxes and import fees are to be borne by the customer.
